Who's the face behind the chaos?
Welcome to my chaotic corner of the universe... My name is Nicole Perez, but you can call me Sgt Perez, Mom, Chaos Coordinator, the Psych Warden, that one b*tch—whatever gets you through the day! After four years of active duty in the Marine Corps and a couple of years in the reserves, I’ve learned that dark humor is the secret sauce that bonds us in and out of uniform. With four degrees in psychology (I’m a certified brain nerd) and currently juggling my third Master’s and a PsyD (Doctoral Candidate), I’m here to prove that laughter is the best therapy—especially when connecting those currently serving with those who have already fought the good fight.
